Day 12 in The 21-day Affirmation Cleanse-flexibility

Today’s Cleansing Affirmation:

I AM FLEXIBLE. I RELEASE THE OLD PATTERNS THAT NO LONGER SERVE ME. THERE ARE ENDLESS WAYS TO DO THINGS AND TO VIEW THINGS.

My mom is one of the most flexible people I know. I strive to be as flexible as she is every day. I am taking good notes…does that count? Whenever I ask her to help me with something or if I can change something around with our current plans, she is a yes type of person.

I am in full practice with you all today. I have written this affirmation down 20 times in my journal just now. I would like to be more flexible and this is one of my goals with this affirmation cleansing. I would love to be more of a “yes” kind of person. I’m up for the challenge because I want to see this area of my ego change.

Now that we are half way through our cleanse, think of something, a certain thought pattern that you would like to work on, change, dissolve. Throughout this cleanse, we have been working on changing our thoughts from negative to positive and we’ve been learning how to choose another thought when the one we are thinking doesn’t suit us. I have full faith in you and your ability to do this cleansing homework today…and practice doing it the next 10 days as well…or longer! ; )

Here are a list of some of the flexibility affirmations I am working on in these 21 days to release my old patterns:

I am open to other peoples’ viewpoints. I am flexible when change presents itself in a circumstance. It is easy for me to go with the flow throughout my busy day. I am peaceful with life. I enjoy hearing other’s opinions and ideas. All is well. I am a yes person.

Homework for today: Write down your thought pattern that you would like to change. It can be thought about health, thoughts about relationships, thoughts about your lack of self-respect, thoughts about work and how you view it, etc. Then write down 3 positive affirmations that you can choose to say everytime you are confronted with your particular thought pattern that you’d like to see change. Say them before you go to bed tonight 5 times. Extra credit for you to add them to the next 10 days affirmations as we proceed with our cleanse! You can do it!

Children’s affirmation today: I can do anything I set my mind on to do!
